MalaffatyFor you and everyone you care for
Your family's health, all in one place.
صحة عيلتك، كلها في مكان واحد.
- Photos, PDFs or voice notes
- WhatsApp and a website
- Arabic or English
One file for each person. You decide who sees each one.
Ask it the way you would ask at home:
Every family has one
A drawer of papers and photos on four phones. Now one file.
The guide
A guide that has read every paper
It answers from your family's own papers: what a value means, what to ask the doctor, when to go now. On WhatsApp, in Arabic or English.
Illustration with synthetic content: a WhatsApp conversation. A parent sends her daughter's blood test; the guide files it, says the vitamin D is low and lower than in March, and offers the questions for the doctor; the parent answers by voice note and the guide saves the questions for the visit.
Every paper in its place
Results over the years
One line per test.
It says when to go now
Some things cannot wait.
Questions for the doctor
Ready before the visit.
How it works
You set it up by sending the first paper.
Send it any way you have it.
A photo, a PDF or a voice note on WhatsApp. It goes into the right person's file.
Add the people you look after.
A file for each: your children, your parents, you. A child needs no phone.
Confirm what matters.
A short form in the chat when it is unsure or the item is important. A receipt otherwise.
Ask anything.
What a value means, what to ask the doctor, when to go now.

Every request to see a file is a question on WhatsApp, answered by the person whose file it is.
On the website you see each file, and who may see it.

Labs, medicines, vaccines
Every number, against its own history.
Results from any lab, in Egyptian units, matched by name across the years. This is guidance; it never replaces your doctor.
Who sees what
Only you decide who sees it.
Your file is yours.
Nobody sees it unless you allow it. You always see your own.
You choose, file by file.
Say who may see a file, and who may help look after it: add papers, get the reminders. For a child, or a parent without a phone, you answer for them.

FAQ
Questions
What can I send?
Any health paper: lab results, prescriptions, scans and their reports, vaccine cards, doctors' letters, discharge notes. A photo, a PDF or a voice note after a visit.
How does it know whose paper it is?
The first paper for a person teaches it: it asks once. After that it asks you to confirm with one tap.
Who sees what?
You always see your own file. Anyone else sees a file only if the person allows it, or, for a child or a parent without a phone, someone who looks after that file allows it. Only you decide who sees it.
Can I keep a file for someone without a phone?
Yes: a child, or a parent who does not use WhatsApp. You look after the file. If they get their own account later, the file becomes theirs.
Does it replace my doctor?
No. It reads your papers and gives guidance: what a value means, what to ask, when not to wait. Your doctor decides.
Do I need an app?
No. You send papers and ask questions on WhatsApp. The website is for your family, who sees what, and reading each file.
Which languages does it work in?
Arabic and English. It reads papers in either.
What does it cost?
Nothing for now. Free during early access.
How do I start?
Press the start button: WhatsApp opens with the first message ready. Send it, then send your first paper.
